Portuguese Soul seeks to give the living testimony of a 900-year-old country that reshaped the idea of the world. It is a love story of art, footwear and leather goods and of the know-how accumulated over generations. Love for fashion, creativity, and design made in Portugal. Portuguese Soul is also the combined effort of several of the most prestigious fashion professionals in Portugal, and since the very beginning has sought to be a fertile field for the launch of new values.
For that reason, in this edition, we have launched a competition to find new photography and styling talent, offering a space for their work, and allowing them to present their visions of a better world. Luís Gala and Helena Guimarães were the winners of a contest that received dozens of entries. Their vision of a better world, creativity, and portfolios were the ingredients for the success that rewarded them with the presentation of the following work.
